A Simple Three
Step Process
Step 1: Get in Touch
Give us a call or make a quick enquiry. We’ll ask a few simple questions about the status of your disability: What do you find most challenging day to day? What do you need help with? And what are the goals you’re looking to achieve?
Step 2: Our Plan
We’ll discuss your needs within our team and consider which of our programs might be right for you. We may request a meeting with your Support Coordinator should you have one!
Step 3: You Decide
Choosing the right provider is a big decision so take your time. We even encourage our participants to spectate our activities before they decide if our team is the right match!

We are! We offer different types of programs for NDIS participants.
Our NDIS programs have a focus on developing essential life skills that will assist their ability to live autonomously day-to-day and eventually feel confident within a social, team or workforce environment.
Our programs are focused on providing domestic and personal in-home care so our senior clients can live as independently as possible.
Our determination to put our participants first through a rigorous process of refining and improving our services. We take so much time to build a positive rapport and become well acquainted with our participants and their family members. This is essential because not only do you need to feel completely secure with your Support Worker, we want our clients to feel comfortable voicing their opinion with zero hesitation.
Everyone is different and choosing the right provider is a big decision that doesn’t happen overnight. That’s why we encourage our participants to meet our team and spectate our activities before signing up with us. This will be a great opportunity to meet our care team as well as the participants we currently work with.
There’s a range of factors that determine if you’re eligible for NDIS. You must be:
- Between the age of 7 and 65
- Currently living in Australia
- Be an Australian or Permanent resident or have a special category visa holder
- Meet the right disability requirements
